Machine requirements
For machines that use BT40 tooling and water cooling. Check that your drive supports 12,000 rpm rated and that the mounting dimensions fit: Ø125 mm · 618 mm overall · 172 mm clamp.

GDL SPINDLE · ATC
A BT40 water-cooled ATC configuration rated at 7.5 kW and 12,000 rpm. Consider it only with a machine equipped for the stated toolholder interface.
MODEL SELECTION
For machines that use BT40 tooling and water cooling. Check that your drive supports 12,000 rpm rated and that the mounting dimensions fit: Ø125 mm · 618 mm overall · 172 mm clamp.
The assembly is 618 mm overall and weighs 35 kg. Encoder signals are optional: 1 Vpp sine or TTL square. Confirm what is supplied rather than assuming an encoder is included.
The BT30 GDL120 uses different tooling, a shorter envelope and a different operating point.
