A 2.2 kW air-cooled spindle with an ER20 interface and base mounting. The same model code is also used for a housing-mount version, which has a different mounting arrangement.

Compare the base dimensions and bolt locations before ordering. The 220 V / 7.8 A and 380 V / 4.4 A winding configurations have separate drawings.
Compare alternatives
For a cylindrical clamp installation with water cooling, compare the GDZ-23. Its mounting arrangement, speed and cooling circuit differ even though rated power is also 2.2 kW.

INSTALLATION CHECKS
Match the whole assembly.
Check the base rather than relying on the model code alone. The housing-mount version needs its own drawing and installation dimensions.
- Check the bolted base and its mounting holes; the housing-mount version has a different structure.
- Choose the winding that matches the drive output, then check its rated current.
- Request installation files specifically for the base-mount structure.

Before you order.
Does the code identify the mounting arrangement?
Not by itself. The same printed code appears on both base-mount and housing-mount configurations. Confirm the physical structure.
Can I use the 380 V drawing for a 220 V order?
Use the drawing for the selected winding. The current rating differs: 7.8 A at 220 V and 4.4 A at 380 V.
